All prices are in Euro per person. Credit card holders – Euro/Master/Visa – can also pay the deposit by credit card. For that we would need the following information.
Please state the full and exact card details – first name and surname of the card holder, the type of credit card, the card number, the expiry date. Simply enter these under "Miscellaneous" on the e-mail form. As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you a binding reservation confirmation.

Cancellation

We are really sorry if you, for whatever reason, can not come and enjoy your holiday in our Tauernhof. If you cancel 3 months before arrival there will be no cancellation fees. 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the list price. 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the list price and if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the list price.In case of a No-Show or early departure we charge 100% of the list price.

To avoid cancellation fees we recommend our travel guarantee.

If you book with our travel guarantee you can cancel your holiday at any time, without giving us a reason why you can’t make it to Flachau.

The fee of the travel guarantee
No matter how much you pay for your holiday the fee is always the same: for the first week you pay EUR 70.- per room and EUR 40,- for an additional week.

The idea – why we offer the travel guarantee
We think that everyone who pays a deposit really wants to come on holiday and spend their time with us in Tauernhof. For whatever reason you can’t make it to Flachau is up to you.
We do not ask for a doctor’s certificate or any other document telling us why you have to cancel your holiday. It’s not that we aren’t interested in what happened to you, but it’s not necessary for our formalities.

Call, mail, send a fax or a letter
"We are not able to come on our holiday. Please credit our deposit for our next stay. We will get back to you” or “We will arrive 3 days later than booked” or “Can we change the dates? Have you got availability?” “We need to leave a day earlier”... whatever your reason, if you have our travel guarantee you won’t face a cancellation fee or any other charges.

Transaction of deposit
you work out how much your travel guarantee comes to and add that to the deposit (EUR 250 per room) and transfer that amount into our account. Now, what ever be happend, you won’t lose any money if you have to cancel your holiday. We will keep the deposit for your next stay.
If you do not want to buy our travel guarantee just put “without travel guarantee” in the subject line on  the transaction. Without the travel guarantee, in case of a cancellation, we will have to charge according to the Austrian Hotel conventions.
